Exercise 5: question tags

(Practise your skills in using question tags)

Question tags – cloze test (difficulty: 5 of 5 – difficult)

Fill the gaps with the appropriate tag questions (question tails). They may occur in all tenses, such as the past, present, or future tenses. You will need the auxiliary verbs for them, and consider that special forms also occur.

  • Example: “You won’t help me, _____?” → “You won’t help me, will you?”
