(Practise using and forming question tags)

Question tags – cloze test (difficulty: 4 of 5 – rather difficult)

Fill the gaps with the correct tag questions (question tags/tails). They may occur in all tenses (past, present, or future tenses). Therefore, you also need the auxiliary verbs. Furthermore, be careful, there are some special forms too.

  • Example: “Jack was very nice, _____?” → “Jack was very nice, wasn’t he?”
